Every product sold by ZenGlow Asia Co., Ltd. is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the periods below, from the date of delivery. Warranty and service are handled from Phuket and Bangkok, in Thai and English.

Panels: how the 3 years work
In line with our supplier’s terms: if a panel develops a defect in the first 6 months, we replace it free of charge. From month 7 to the end of year 3, we repair it free of charge (parts and labour), or replace it if a repair is not possible.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, liquids or moisture (unless the product is specified as water-resistant), power surges or incorrect voltage.
- Use that does not follow the user manual, the installation requirements or our training.
- Repairs or modifications by anyone other than ZenGlow or its authorised technicians.
- Normal wear and cosmetic wear, and consumables such as goggles, cables and cushions.
- Equipment moved or reinstalled without following the installation requirements.
How to make a claim

- We diagnose remotely first; many issues are solved with a settings check.
- If needed, we arrange collection or a technician visit within Thailand. For beds, repairs are carried out on site.
Repaired or replaced products keep the remaining warranty of the original product. This warranty is in addition to your rights under Thai law.
