These terms apply to every order placed on zenglow.asia or directly with ZenGlow Asia Co., Ltd. (“ZenGlow”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy.

ZenGlow is registered to import and export medical devices in Thailand, registration number 103/2569.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the manufacturers’ specifications. Images are for illustration; colours and finishes may vary slightly. Products marked “Coming soon” or “pre-launch” are not yet for sale: specifications and prices for those products are confirmed in writing when you order.
ZenGlow supplies its systems for general wellness and recovery use. We make no medical or treatment claims, and nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Business customers are responsible for how they describe services to their own guests.
3. Prices and VAT
Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and exclude VAT. Thai VAT at the applicable rate (currently 7%) is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Prices in other currencies are shown for information only; you are charged in THB. Sale prices apply until the end date shown and while stock lasts. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it at no cost.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or message. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was wrong; if you have already paid, we refund you in full.
For full-body beds and multi-room projects we survey the site (room size, access route, electrical supply, floor loading) before confirming an installation date. If the survey shows that the equipment cannot be installed safely, we will propose an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.
5. Payment
You can pay by credit or debit card through our secure payment providers, or by bank transfer. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by ZenGlow. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once the payment is received. For beds and project orders, a deposit and payment schedule may be agreed in the quotation.
6. Delivery
Delivery is free anywhere in Thailand. Online orders can be delivered within Thailand only; for other countries, shipping is quoted case by case. Delivery times, installation and handover are explained in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once the order is paid in full.
7. Returns and warranty
You may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery under our Returns and Refunds Policy. All products carry the warranty described in our Warranty page: 5 years on full-body beds, 3 years on panels, 1 year on accessories and neuro-acoustic systems. These rights are in addition to your rights under Thai law.
8. Safe use
Use the equipment as described in the user manual and the training we provide: follow the recommended distances and session times, use the protective goggles supplied, and keep the equipment away from water unless it is specified as water-resistant. People who are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take photosensitising medication should ask their doctor before use.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, revenue or profit, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or failure to follow the installation requirements.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
