Free delivery in Thailand
Delivery is free anywhere in Thailand, on every order.
Delivery times
- Panels, stands, masks, accessories and neuro-acoustic systems in stock: usually 2–5 working days after payment, depending on your location.
- Full-body beds and items ordered from the manufacturer: lead time confirmed on your quotation or order confirmation.
- Pre-launch products: delivered in order of allocation; we confirm the date in writing.
We contact you to arrange a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive and check the goods.
Full-body beds
Before an installation date is confirmed, we survey the site: room dimensions, door widths, lift access, corridor turns, electrical circuit and floor loading. Delivery, installation, commissioning and on-site staff training are arranged with you. If the site needs special handling (for example a crane, removal of a door or window, or new electrical work by your electrician), we tell you in advance and quote it separately before you commit.
On delivery
Please check the packaging and the product when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, take photos and tell us within 7 days — see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Outside Thailand
Online checkout delivers within Thailand only. For other countries, shipping is quoted case by case, depending on the destination and the product — a bed and a panel ship very differently. Contact us with the product and the delivery address and we will send you a quote. Duties and import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
