This policy explains how ZenGlow Asia Co., Ltd. (“ZenGlow”, “we”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use zenglow.asia, contact us or buy from us, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery address, tax ID for invoices, order history.
  • Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp, LINE or phone.
  • Payment: handled by our payment providers; we receive confirmation of payment but never your full card number.
  • Account: if you create an account, your login email and password (stored encrypted).
  • Website use: IP address, device and browser, pages visited and cookies — see section 6.

3. Why we use it (and legal basis)

  • To process and deliver orders, install equipment, provide training, warranty and service — performance of a contract.
  • To answer questions and send quotations — steps before a contract / legitimate interest.
  • To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.
  • To protect the website against fraud and abuse — legitimate interest.
  • To measure and improve the website and our advertising, and to send marketing emails — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contract: payment providers (Stripe, Omise), delivery and installation partners, website hosting and security, email and messaging services, and analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media platforms where you have given consent). We may also disclose data when required by law. Some providers store data outside Thailand; where they do, we rely on the safeguards required by the PDPA.

5. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: as long as required by Thai tax and accounting law (generally 5 to 10 years). Warranty records: for the warranty period plus one year. Enquiries that did not lead to an order: up to 2 years. Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work (basket, checkout, login and security) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time; you can also block cookies in your browser.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access your data, get a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, email jerome@zenglow.asia. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

8. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication for staff accounts, access limited to the people who need it, and regular security monitoring.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
