Finnish Dry Sauna Tradition
The ZenGlow Nan follows the Finnish dry sauna tradition — high heat (70–90°C), low humidity, and sauna stones heated by an electric stove. Users can splash water on the hot stones to create brief bursts of steam (löyly), temporarily raising humidity and perceived heat intensity. This practice is central to the Finnish sauna experience and is fully supported by the Nan’s 8 kW Harvia stove and included sauna stones.
Oxygen Bar System (Optional)
Like the ZenGlow Loei, the Nan offers an optional oxygen bar system. This feature introduces fresh, filtered air enriched with oxygen into the cabin through dedicated vents, enhancing breathing comfort during high-temperature sessions. The system operates quietly and does not interfere with the sauna’s heat retention.
Group Wellness Sessions
