1. Introduction
Welcome to ZenGlow (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a brand of Life Balance Co., LTD. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from our website (zenglow.asia) and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Life Balance Co., LTD.
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place orders with us.

3.1 Product Information
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in THB and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate of 7%. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed on our website at the time we receive your order.
3.3 Discounts and Promotions
Promotional offers and discounts are valid for the specified period only and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Order Placement
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the price and terms indicated. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept orders at our discretion.
4.2 Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
4.3 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, our return policy applies.

6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
•Panels: 4 to 5 weeks
•Beds (Oyster Pro and Oyster One): Up to 8 weeks
•Masks: 2 to 4 weeks
These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, transportation issues, or other factors beyond our control.
6.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and product weight. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
6.3 International Shipping
We ship to select countries in Southeast Asia. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
6.4 Delivery Inspection
You must inspect all products upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our customer service.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the product value only (shipping costs and taxes are not refundable).
7.2 Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their unopened packaging with all accessories and documentation. Products that have been opened, damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
7.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Products returned without a RAN may not be accepted.
7.4 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
7.5 Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Warranty
8.1 Warranty Coverage
Zen Glow panels, masks, and portable devices come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Our premium beds (Oyster Pro and Oyster One) come with an extended 5-year guarantee.
8.2 Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
•Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or failure to follow operating instructions
•Normal wear and tear
•Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
•Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
•Damage caused by improper voltage or power supply
8.3 Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ZenGlow Thailand or our content suppliers and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws.
9.2 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or placement of orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Life Balance Co., LTD regarding your purchase and use of our products.
