The CORE 300 uses five wavelengths: 630 nm and 660 nm in the red spectrum for skin and surface tissue benefits, and 810 nm, 830 nm, and 850 nm in the near-infrared range for deeper penetration into muscle, joint, and connective tissue. This broader wavelength range compared to the dual-wavelength CORE 60 allows the CORE 300 to address a wider variety of treatment targets in a single session.

Half-Body Coverage

At 116 × 43 cm, the CORE 300 provides coverage for the upper body or lower body in a single position. Users can treat the full torso, back, or both legs simultaneously without repositioning. For full-body coverage, two CORE 300 panels can be used together, or users may upgrade to the PRO 600 or PRO 1200 for single-panel full-body treatment.

Treatment Protocol

For general wellness, use the CORE 300 at 15 cm distance for 10–15 minutes per body area, 3–5 times per week. The panel’s 116 cm length allows treatment of the full torso or full back in a single pass. Eye protection is included and should be worn when treating the face, chest, or any area where direct eye exposure to the LEDs is possible. No warm-up time is needed — the panel reaches full output within seconds of switching on.
